Diversity Dialogue to cover working with transgender and gender-nonconforming clients

The next CAHSS Diversity Dialogue event, "Avoiding 'Trans'gressions: How to Work Respectfully and Inclusively with Transgender and Gender-Nonconforming Clients," will take place at 12 noon April 4 in Room 1046 of the NSU Alvin Sherman Library.
The discussion will be led by Alicia Bosley, who earned her Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. She is currently teaching at NSU and working at SunServe, a nonprofit organization providing therapy and other social services for the LGBTQ community of South Florida. Her professional and clinical interests include diversity, social justice, sexual orientation and identity, reducing stigma related to mental health problems, and couple therapy.
