Vincent L. Toscano, Ph.D., worked at Marist College in Poughkeepsie NY for 33 years. In that time he served as the Assistant VP for Academic Affairs, the Dean of the Division of Humanities, and the Director of the Core Liberal Studies Program. In between each assignment he was a member of the Department of History and Political Science and retired as an Associate Professor of History in 1998. His dissertation, Since Dallas; John F. Kennedy in the American Imagination was published in 1975. After retiring he was named a Heritage Professor by the College Board of Trustees.
