Miltonette Olivia Craig, J.D., is an adjunct professor for the Department of Justice and Human Services at NSU's College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS). Prior to teaching, she worked for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office and the Eleventh Judicial Circuit’s County Criminal, County Civil, and Circuit Family Divisions. She is currently working toward a Ph.D. at the College of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Florida State University and is a recipient of the Florida Education Fund’s McKnight Doctoral Fellowship. Her research interests include the collateral consequences of conviction/incarceration, gender and crime, intimate partner violence, prisoner reentry, and the victim-offender overlap. She also serves as a volunteer GED instructor at the women’s Federal Correctional Institution in Tallahassee, Florida.
