MayflyThe Mayfly: A 24hr Theatre Project presented by Stage2 Productions
Inspired by Theatre Lab, The Professional Resident Company of FAU, our Stage 2 students will create original work, cast, design, and stage it ALL within a 24 hour span, the performance of this original work will take place in the evening of the next day! The process will begin on Friday 10/5 at 7:30pm and end at 7:30pm on 10/6. Show on 10/6 at 7:30pm)

Dance Awareness DayDance Awareness Day
Dance Awareness Day is a community outreach project which NSU Dance faculty and students offer classes in a variety of different styles, including hip hop, musical theatre, modern, contemporary, and many more. All levels are welcome, from beginners with no experience to dancers with years of experience.

Art & Dance 10 YearArt + Dance 10 Year Anniversary Celebration
The Performing and Visual Arts Department would like to invite you to our 10 year celebration of the Art + Dance programs at NSU. In conjunction with Dance Works, the DECADE exhibition will showcase works from past alumni, adjuncts, and faculty as well as photographs of Dance Works throughout the past 10 years. Join us for art & appetizers in Gallery217 at 5pm as we kick off the commemoration which will be followed by the incredible PVA dancers for Dance Works in the Performance Theater at 7:30pm.

Dance WorksDance Works*
Dance Works is a dynamic collection of original works featuring choreography from NSU staff, students, and guest choreographers. This dance concert features different styles of dance including contemporary, modern, and lyrical dance. You won’t want to miss the talent on display in this incredible performance.

Improv JamImprov Jam NINE presented by Stage2 Productions*
At Improv Jam NINE, watch NSU students perform in this hilarious variety show filled with original monologues, musical numbers, and improvisation skits. These students come up with all of their material on the fly, without any preparation. Students get ideas from audience suggestions, different games, and much more. You won’t want to miss this night of comedy and laughter!
