Performance Ensembles

NSU Vocal Ensemble

Housed in the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, the NSU Vocal Ensemble is composed of a select group of excellent performers who serve as NSU’s musical ambassadors. The repertoire for the ensemble is unique and diverse; performances throughout the season may include the Student Life Achievement Awards (STUEYS), the annual Peace: A Holiday Concert, and Commencement celebrations at several satellite campuses, Homecoming, Sharkapalooza, Community Fest, and others. The NSU Vocal Ensemble has also performed at Panthers and Marlins games. The NSU Vocal Ensemble also regularly tours throughout the state and nationally. Auditions are held at the beginning of each academic year.

The NSU Vocal Ensemble Scholarship is available to qualified undergraduate students in the NSU Vocal Ensemble. Additional qualifications are required. To review the eligability requirements and apply for this scholarship, visit the college's Scholarships and Grants page.

For more information or to become a member of the NSU Vocal Ensemble, email Bill Adams, D.M.A., associate professor and coordinator of performing arts, or call (954) 262-8025.
