Professional Interests

Jeffrey D. Mandelkorn, Ph.D.  is a Licensed Florida Psychologist who has extensive experience in the treatment of adolescents, adults, and families. Dr. Mandelkorn specializes in treating depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, compulsive behaviors, and addiction.He recognizes that each person comes with unique origins, and he uses the therapeutic relationship as a tool for his client's personal development and interpersonal growth.Dr. Mandelkorn also has specialized training in psycho-educational and clinical assessment with children, adolescents, and adults. He is well-versed in a wide variety of assessment tools and his reports provide an integrated evaluation of his clients' strengths and needs.

Dr. Mandelkorn received his bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Florida where he graduated with honors. He received his masters' and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Mandelkorn completed his postdoctoral residency at Nova Southeastern University, and he continues to maintain this relationship as an adjunct professor at the university. Dr. Mandelkorn is an active member in the American Psychological Association and Florida Psychological Association.
