Timothy L. Arcaro, J.D., is a Professor of Law at NSU's Shepard Broad Law Center. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Florida Bar associations and began his career with the Palm Beach County Legal Aid Society where he was instrumental in creating the Juvenile Advocacy Project to provide direct representation to dependent children in the State of Florida. In his thirteen-year career at NSU, he has directed a number of projects including the Children and Families Law Clinic which provides free legal services to indigent persons and dependent children. Professor Arcaro writes, teaches and practices in the area of domestic relations law and juvenile dependency proceedings.
